Description
Powder spraying, is to use powder spraying equipment to spray powder coating to the surface of the workpiece. The powder electrostatic spraying of the workpiece by using the powder spraying device is to adsorb the charged powder particles to the surface of the workpiece under the action of an electrostatic field, and to form a coating by leveling and solidification.
The powder spraying equipment includes a powder spraying room, a powder supply system (including a gun + hoist), a recovery device, a ventilation system, etc., and the recovery device has a bag, a cyclone, a filter element, a small cyclone + a filter bag, a small cyclone + a porous plate, and the like.
